Governor Jeb Bush reappointed Arlene Herson, of Boca Raton, radio panelist, reappointed for a term beginning September 21, 2004 and ending August 20, 2008 and has newly appointed Raul E. Mateu, of Miami Beach, senior vice president of the William Morris Agency, succeeding James Castell, for a term beginning September 21, 2004 and ending August 20, 2006 to the Florida Film and Entertainment Advisory Council.
