Native Filmmaker Kinsler will premiere Widow

Native filmmaker Lauren Kinsler is holding the hometown premiere of her short film Widow on Sunday, November 30 at 6:30pm at the Barn Theater located at 11349 Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview.
According to the film's website, Widow is the story of 69 year old Ruth, a spotlight operator at a historic theater. She is an avid reader of romantic plays and the fourth member of a spirited Mahjongg group. Ruth is living the life she always imagined, but she has a secret that is itching to get out.
